FLAG-Cullin3 (human) was overexpressed in HEK293 cells. 200 ug of total lysate was used for immunoprecipitating the overexpressed FLAG-Cullin3 using anti-Cullin3 (544- end) S348D. Anti-FLAG was used to blot the immunoprecipitated material and the supernatant.
