Recognizes endogenous and recombinant ZNRF1 in HeLa, U20S, HEK293 cells without crossreacting with ZNRF2
Transient transfection of ZNRF1 or ZNRF2 proteins in HEK293 cells. ZNRF1 antibody recognizes only ZNRF1 and not ZNRF2, and ZNRF2 antibody is specific for ZNRF2. ZNRF1 antibody shows specificity to ZNRF1 (but not ZNRF2) when ZNRF1 is knocked down with a specific shRNA.
