cloned overlap PCR product - SENP1 fragment with 5' and 3' linkers fused to eGFP-SV40 sequence. WT SENP1 fragment inserted into HindIII-Sal1 sites and resulting 33bp of pSc-B between nt1570-1601 removed with NW3414/3415. Entire SENP-eGFP-SV40-SENP cassette can be excised with BamHI-Sal1.
