USP26

Anti-Usp26 Bleed#3 (1 ug/ml in TBST 5% non-fat milk) was tested by immunoblotting total cell extracts from mouse Embryonic Stem Cells wherein CRISPR genome editing was used to disrupt either an irrelevant X-linked gene (Rnf12 -/y) or the Usp26 gene (Usp26 -/y). The specific band corresponding to Usp26 is indicated. A total Nanog immunoblot is included as a loading control.

Anti-Usp26 Bleed#3 was tested by immunoprecipitating total cell extracts from mouse Embryonic Stem Cells using 4 μg per mg of ESC cell lysate of Usp26 Bleed#3 antibody or control sheep IgG. Immunoprecipitates or inputs were then analysed by western blotting using Usp26 Bleed#3 antibody (1 μg/ml in TBST 5% non-fat milk). The specific band corresponding to Usp26 in input and Usp26 immunoprecipitates is indicated.
