OTUD4 was immunoprecipitated from HEK293 human cells (2 mg/IP) using anti-OTUD4 2nd bleed (2 ug). As a negative control, pre-immune IgG was used. The samples were immunoblotted with anti-OTUD4 2nd bleed for 1 hour at 1 ug/ml in 5 % milk TBS-tween.
