Clone made and deposited by Karim Labib lab. 1kb of tim-1 was amplified from cDNA library, 5 end with XbaI site and 3 end with SpeI site.. Then inserted into SpeI site on L4440 (DU70356). ubc-3 ubc-7 were amplified from cDNA library then assembled into one fragment by PCR, both ends with SpeI sites. Then inserted into SpeI site on the previous tim-1 RNAi plasmid.
