Expresses TRAF6 N-terminal guide RNA B, 20mer target sequence shown as sequence of insert with remaining 3 bases of PAM site in brackets. Targets the first coding exon 2 near start codon, PAM site situated on sense strand. Designed to KO TRAF6 by introducing an Indel via CRISPR. To be screened for by PCR and BamHI digestion, loss of the site shall indicate a deletion event and potential frameshift. All 3 guides A, B and C in this set target around the same region so the same primer set may be used for RFLP screening.
